1. Digital Delivery Protocol

All products available at AtlasVisibility Academy (Ebooks, guides, and digital templates) are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products, which means:

No Shipping Fees: Delivery is free of charge worldwide.
Instant Access: Upon successful payment processing through our secure gateways (Stripe, Airwallex, or Photonpay), you will receive an automated email containing your download link.

2. Fulfillment Timeline

Ebooks: Delivery is instantaneous. If you do not see the email in your inbox within 5 minutes, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder.
Coaching & Audit Services: After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to schedule your session or provide the necessary data for your audit. The final reports are delivered via email according to the timeline agreed upon in your service brief.

3. Technical Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please verify that:

The email address provided at checkout is accurate.

4. Non-Receipt of Digital Goods

If you have not received your digital product within 1 hour of purchase, please contact our support team at info@atlasvisibility.net. We will verify your transaction and manually trigger a new delivery link to ensure you gain access to your materials immediately.
