Refund and Cancellation Policy – Atlas Visibility

1. Overview

At Atlas Visibility (a brand operated by Flixgoods LLC), we strive to provide high-quality digital products and professional consulting services. Because we deal with intangible digital goods and time-based professional services, we have established the following refund and cancellation guidelines to ensure transparency and fairness for all clients.

2. Digital Products (Ebooks and Templates)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Ebooks, PDF guides, and downloadable templates from the AtlasVisibility Academy are final and non-refundable.

  • Immediate Access: Since digital products are delivered immediately via email or download link upon purchase, they cannot be “returned.”

  • Technical Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties receiving or accessing your download, please contact us at info@atlasvisibility.net. We will ensure you receive a working copy of the product you purchased.

3. Audit & Coaching Services

Our consulting and coaching services involve significant preparation and dedicated time slots.

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed coaching session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or “no-shows,” are not eligible for a refund or credit and will be charged at the full session rate.

  • Service Delivery: Once an Audit report has been delivered or a Coaching session has been completed, no refunds will be issued for those services.

4. Subscription or Multi-Session Packages

If you have purchased a multi-session package:

  • You may request a refund for the unused portion of the package within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been conducted and no preparatory work has been delivered.

  • A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and transaction costs.

5. Payment and Processing

All transactions are processed through our secure third-party partners: Stripe, Airwallex, and Photonpay.

  • Refund Method: In the exceptional event that a refund is approved by Flixgoods LLC, it will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage our customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Flixgoods LLC reserves the right to suspend access to the AtlasVisibility Academy or future services if a chargeback is initiated without prior communication.

7. Changes to this Policy

Flixgoods LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
